An intense Ristretto with old Scottish whiskey: A subtle blend of 25 ml of an exceptionally intense and creamy intensity 12 Nespresso “Grand Cru” and 10 ml of a 12 years old single malt highland Scottish Whiskey* - in memory of valiant Polish tankers coming from Scotland to close the “Falaise Gap” in August 1944 (and they did !!!) and remembering happy times during which the Royal Hotel Caen Centre was pleasantly “occupied” by the Polish High Command in 2017, the year the Bar de la Couronne was created.
